There is no entry fee and no judging. This is purely an opportunity for people to share their pride and joy with others in the hobby. We do prohibit for sale signs or commercial promotion.
We provide stanchions and crowd control barricades, drip cloths, and custom show signage. Typical indoor Fire Marshal requirements apply: batteries must be disconnected, ¼ tank or less of fuel and locking or taped gas caps. We have show staff who can assist and identify the car is compliant when the Fire Marshal inspects. Usually a small sticky dot is placed on the upper corner of the windshield.
We’re looking for cars that present themselves well, they don’t need to be trailer show cars but should be show detailed. Open hoods are optional. Special interest models are always welcome.
We provide two complimentary exhibitor passes per entry. Cars can enter after 8:00AM Friday and preferably before 2:00PM but must be in place before 8:00PM Friday evening. Vehicles will be released when the show closes at 4:00PM Saturday afternoon and should be out of the building by 8:00PM Saturday evening.
This is a small feature of the swap meet but is set in a building with carpeted aisles and professionally decorated exhibitor booths for various club displays. Typical car count will be under 30.
