February 28th and April 17th

There are two parts (days) to the wine making event. The first event is wine tasting and selecting the wine we'll be making. Please email or call to put your name on the list for the wine tasting on

 We can either meet at Classic Winemakers, or at exit 111 by McDonalds,
depending on what people want to do.

The second event date is Saturday, April 17^th for the wine bottling.
We need 15 slots filled to do this event.

WINE MAKING EVENT
APRIL 17^TH, 2010

Meet at Krispy Kreme at 10:00, leaving at 10:15. Cruise to Lacey to Classic Winemakers. Bottle and label our Pierce County Mustang Club wine. Then join us for a no-host lunch at Speedway Brewing. Reserve your spot now, save your bottles and join us for a great event!

Experience Wine Making - As easy as 1. 2. 3.

There will be wine tasting, bottling and labels to make for the wine.

Step 1 - Interested in being part of the tasting and selection of the wine? Wine selection, prepare, mix ingredients and pitch the yeast, will take place on Sunday, February 28^th 11:00, at Classic Winemakers in Lacey.

Step 2 - Sign up and pre-pay for the event - 15 spots available (2 bottles each spot) 30 bottles in a batch. Cost will depend on wine selection $6-$10 per bottle. You can be a couple or a single.

We have to have all 30 bottles sold to do this event.

Step 3 - Cruise with us on April 17^th, bottle and label your wine. Bring two wine bottles with you. You'll have your own PCMC wine to add to your trophy/display area.
