Come one come all Mustangs we need you in the Televised Daffodil
Parade!

We have two legs in the Daffodil Parade.

The first one is for Convertibles (We need 12 Convertibles).
They will be carrying the Educators of the Year through the parades (Tacoma, Puyallup, Sumner and Orting)

The other leg is for our Special Units. This is for every mustang that wants to prance through the parade routes.

Just a quick update on the upcoming Daffodil Parade (Saturday, April 11th). This year we will meet at the Haagen (used to be Alberton’s ) Store on 38th Street & Pacific Avenue (111 South 38th Street, Tacoma, WA 98408) at 8:15 am. From there we will head out to our staging areas depending on which group your car has been assigned (Educators/Special Unit/VIP) about 8:30 am.

I have ordered 1000 King Alfred Daffodils from the Puyallup Flower Co-op and am asking each car to pitch in $5 to cover this cost. I’ve heard that Michael’s is out of artificial daffodils but the Dollar Store may still have some.

As of this writing, I’m still waiting on the festival for our final instructions and when I receive them, I’ll get them out to everyone.

I am still in need of 4 more Convertibles. If you know of anybody who has one and wants to be in the Parade please have them contact me.
