Description:
Just Like America’s Car Museum, the story of the Shelby GT500 is part Art and part Science. In 1967 Shelby and Ford combined efforts to produce a powerful performance pony car that would beat the competition on the track. A car that started out being engineered as a “Secretary’s” car grew up and became legendary. This is the story of the Shelby GT500 1967-2017.
(Mustangs will be parked on the plaza with GT500s taking center stage. Let Heidi Geise know if you are thinking about attending so she can plan the parking. pcmceditor@gmail.com)
